some issues, but okay
cleaning policy missing liners
i wasn't happy that the standard cleaning policy was every other day. i requested everyday service with no extra charge, but it wasn't done. this made me hunt down towels. getting clean glasses was impossible and i couldn't find ice bucket liners.

excellent location friendly staff separate sink
The location was excellent. Staff members were friendly and very helpful . The Starbucks latte from the lobby was a nice bonus. I liked how the mirror and sink were separate from the shower and toilet.
I noticed some peeling wallpaper in the bathroom, and there was some damage to the door veneer. The bathroom door opens inward. It clears the toilet by just a few inches ( ).

The front desk provided helpful information and quick assistance. Staff members always greeted me with a smile and were ready to help with directions. They even offered some good restaurant recommendations nearby.

The hotel offers a complimentary breakfast each morning. There is a starbucks in the lobby (which i loved!). I found several restaurants within walking distance from the hotel.

The hotel has easy access to many local attractions and dining options. I easily walked to different restaurants and shops. The location felt safe and was well-lit at night.

The king room was clean and quiet. The bathroom was super clean (always a plus!). The in-room coffee was definitely appreciated first thing in the morning.

Plenty of parking is available . The pool looked clean and well-kept. I also noticed accommodations for smokers outside the building.

super stay in a great spot!
cute staff fresh fruit stocked bar
i stayed for a quick getaway. the staff was super cute! the breakfast buffet was awesome (i loved the fresh fruit!). i really appreciated the well-stocked bar with tasty food.
The lighting in the back parking lot felt a little dim.

The king room featured a super large television, along with a separate living area and a mini-refrigerator, providing enough space to relax and unwind. The room was clean and well-kept.

the pool was a definite plus (especially with the hot weather!), it offered a refreshing escape, while the gym had essential equipment, like three treadmills and two stationary bikes, enabling guests to maintain their fitness routines.

The staff was helpful and kind. Their engaging and warm attitude greatly enhanced my overall experience, they seemed genuinely invested in, it really shined!
